Incorporated Augustus Maritime Co., Limited, AMC became one of the main shipping suppliers for Tsingshan Holdings, Sinosteel Indonesia, Baosteel and Harita Group of Indonesia.
AMC commercially managed ICBC Finance Leasing's vessels and chartered in Far Eastern Leasing's vessels for long period.
AMC chartered in about 20 period vessels from different owners around the world such as from Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Europe, Singapore, South Korea and Japan etc.
AMC's fleet generally maintained with 20-30 vessels and transported around 30% of Chinese imported nickel ores from Indonesia and 10% of those from Philippines with total volume over 14 million metric tons, AMC became the Council Member of APOL.

AMC has developed more diversified business, serving the stainless steel and nickel pig iron factories, power plants and cement plants with the warehousing, barges, Indonesian domestic shipping, South-East Asian factories raw materials and steel products transportation as well as the shipping for Chinese Stainless Steel Industry Chain factories, cement plants and power plants.
AMC purchased a 56,000DWT Japanese built tonnage from Chinese Merchant Group, elected as excellent logistics supplier of stainless steel industry chain in 2021 by Shanghai Metals Market and Mysteel.com.
AMC set up Singapore office and elected as excellent logistics supplier for new energy of 2022 by Mysteel.com, purchased a 52,000DWT Japanese built Supramax.
AMC was elected as the Chinese top 10 stainless steel industry chain logistics provider and new energy supply chain provider by Mysteel.com.
